Those who have dry hair will do anything to improve the condition of their hair. You have to take proper care of dry and damaged hair as of it is dry and damaged it will break easily and you will lose your hair very fast. The damaged hair has to be treated with care so that it does break any more.

What products help to repair damaged hair?

It is not easy to find damaged and dry hair. The problem of damaged hair has increased with the use of hair colors, perms, extensions, using flat irons and hot rollers. These practices make the hair drier and more prone to damage.  To repair the hair you should cut the damaged part or the split ends of the hair.  There are many treatments for repairing the damaged hair. There are natural remedies as well as some measures to be taken to take care of the hair. One step you can do it to avoid using blow dryer. The blow dryer dries the hair. Try to use only natural products on your hair. Leave out the products that have chemical ingredients in it. Use gentle shampoos and conditioners without any chemicals. Use products that have natural and organic ingredient in it. Buy deep conditioner hot oil products that are easily available. Try the hot oil treatments in which you start putting oil on the dampened hair, softening the cuticle and locking in the water by sealing the exterior of the hair with a coating of oil. You have to keep this overnight so that moisture is retained in your hair and wash with a natural and gentle shampoo the next day. You can moisturize your hair with mayonnaise, avocado and egg or coconut suntan oil.

How to repair the damaged hair?

To repair the damaged hair you have to keep oiling it often and keep it overnight. You should avoid using shampoo with chemicals. You can also switch over to henna as a coloring agent instead of colors with ammonia. Take these small steps and it will improve your hair.
