Halloween Makeup Tips

What is Halloween Makeup?

Halloween is the time of the year when we transform ourselves in other form and try to be different and dramatic. It is the time of the year when we disguise ourselves in the style of ghosts, goblins, fairies and even corpse.

What is the best makeup for Halloween?

There are many different styles of makeup for Halloween. You can be any character like ghosts, fairies, corpse, and goblin and so on. To disguise yourself as corpse you have to apply the base paint on your face with light color, but not white like clown. The eye shadow you apply should be dark color like black, dark purple, dark blue, etc. you apply it from your brow to lash and also apply under the eyes. The eyeliner should also be applied in generous amount as it will accentuate the eye. The lipstick best suited for this will be black, but you can use dark purple as well.

Another Halloween makeup you can try is to dress up as a ghost with white dress and white face covered from head to toe. Making eerie sound will complete the get up. Walk smoothly as if gliding. Another Halloween idea is fairy that is very popular with the girls. The little girl can dress up as fairy and the makeup can be subtlety put with vivid red lipstick, blusher on cheeks, light eye shadow, light eyeliner and lost of glitter on face. Another makeup can be done of a murder victim. To make blood at home you can use corn syrup and water and add red food color to it.  Add chocolate syrup as a thicker and apply it on your face and other visible parts of your body and scare everyone.

What should you try to be?

To be dramatic you can try gothic makeup, or ghost, or a corpse. The only thing you have to remember that only makeup is not important you should know how to carry it as well
