The early morning puffiness sometimes feels very nice and sexy to your partner. These heave, out of sleep eyes also cause problems when it sticks to you even after the long morning hours. If the puffiness is severe and persistent, see your doctor. Your doctor will want to rule out other possible causes such as thyroid or kidney problems.

Do so, for a couple of minutes every day. Then put rose-water soaked pads on them. These exercises will not only make your eyes look more beautiful. but eye-sight will also improve.
