Many women in any age face problem of cellulite. Cellulite is a series of ripples of fat cells and subcutaneous connective tissue under the skin and it is characterized by "orange peel' skin appearance. It is mostly occur to the women than men and therefore mostly solutions are related to them for treating cellulite.
There are different solutions for cellulite and all gives good result and therefore now cellulite is not an everlasting problem. Following are some of the solutions which are useful to treat cellulite.
- Body Wraps -

- Exercise - Not only does this burn the excess fats that can cause cellulite, it also increases blood flow to the surface of the skin and this plumps the skin, making it less noticeable. For the cest results you need to do 30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise 5-6 times a week. Weights also help as they form the muscles under the skin, which help disguise cellulite. You should notice an improvement in 6-12 weeks.
- Creams -
The most important ingredients in cellulite creams now are those called phosphodiesterase inhibitors. In plain simple English, these stop production of the enzymes that leads to fats storage in our body and so cause the dimples to shrink. Many ingredients have this effect including caffeine, aminophylline, theophylline, kolanut and guarana. Alongside these are ingredients like menthol or butchers broom, which help dilate blood vessels, increasing circulation in the area; Gingko Biloba which is said to firm the skin; and lemon and fennel, which help detox the body and repair skin. Apply the cream two hours after eating or one hour before - your body will only burn fat when it has none in the blood stream.
