Cellulite is not a medical or scientific term but refers only to aesthetics. Cellulite is consist of toxins and fat which can arise in the body of any men and women of any size and weight. Cellulite is a combination of fat, water, and "toxic wastes" which the body has failed to eliminate.
Cellulite is a permanent change in the fat that is stored under your skin. It is mostly seen in the women in compare of the men because of differences in the way fat, muscle, and connective tissue are distributed in men and women's skin and it is also because of female hormones which play a role in contributing to this fat distribution. Men generally don't have the problem because their fibers criss-cross and the fat can't bulge up as easily.
Cellulite is not related to obesity, since it occurs in overweight, normal, and thin women. The body fat related with weight gain does not affect cellulite.
