Keep your sodium intake under tight control but do not exceed 2,000 milligrams of sodium each day. Eat just whole foods as much as possible. Consume watery fruits and veggies such as watermelon, cucumbers, apples, cranberry, asparagus and grapes, etc, for the best looking skin and under eyes.

Follow this general routine exercise - Massage the eye region lightly in a counter-clockwise motion using olive oil and if possible with grounded fresh figs. You can also use cold compress.

Remember, this is just not your whole body, but your eyes too undergo a lot of pressure through out the day. Your eyes are one of the receptors of messages, which at the end reaches the brain. At a time when you may be relaxing or watching a movie, your eyes once again are under great strain.
