Most of businessman considered customers as their owner because customers are paying them and give profit to them. Loosing single customer is also harmful because he may spread negative things to the other customers and ultimately it affects reputation. But sometimes particular customer become so irritating that you want to get rid of it. You should get rid of customer in such way that they does not hurt much more.
Why you want to Get Rid of Customers?
Some customers instead of giving profit may become your headache. There is not at all benefit from such customer and it is beneficial to get rid of such customers. Some customer not satisfied at all in any way you work. They always make debate on it and may tell other customers negatively about business which is not actually true but very harmful for business. Some customer take little thing but spend several hours on single table which is ultimately unfavorable for business. Loosing such type of product is more beneficial than having them in business.
Different Ways to Get Rid of Customers
Your customers are actually your god because you are getting income from them. But customers which are not profitable and irritating you should be moved. Following are the ways
- Tell Politely - Speak wit them very politely and in low voice. Tell him actual problem why are not able continue him? Don’t use cell phones or email for this thing. Tell him directly and suggest other possible alternatives which are suitable for customer.
- Fix Prices - If you are having shop fix prices for all goods and don’t change it depending upon customer arguments because all the times customer argue for discount which is not profitable.
- Close Door - When you know that bad customer is arriving keep door of shop close or start cleaning shop and tell him that it require much more time to finish.
- Ignore Customer - If you think that specific customer going to trouble you then best way to get rid of it is ignore them.
- Don pay attention on what they are saying? Do some other work, doing like this is helpful to get rid of unwanted customer?
- Rate Increment - Increase your product rate. Doing this worse customer which are always argue for price go automatically and the customer are value based remain attached with you because of your quality and service.
