Kate Hudson also exercised a lot and her routine has three hours of workout. She did one hour of Pilates, one hour of cardio or yoga and one hour running on the treadmill. Working out became the part of her lifestyle. She is also into dancing, which is a good exercise. She trained in such a way that her body became firm and she slimmed down. At present, Kate Hudson maintains a regular kick boxing training session of more than 90 minutes, then 15 minutes of Pro Body Exercise & Pilates, weight training and Hatha yoga. Kate takes regular dance classes to stay in shape and keep her workout routine from getting boring. You can do the same while trying a jazz or hip-hop or any modern dance class to burn those extra calories.
