  • Vitamin C - This gives the metabolic functions and used against infections and enhances immunity.
  • Vitamin E - This vitamin E is an important supplement used against the pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. This vitamin will help the medicinal of scar tissue. This vitamins avoids cell damage by inhibiting the oxidation of lipids and the formation of free radicals.
  • Zinc - The zinc helps to maintain the skin clear and healthy. The deficiency of zinc has increases the production of male hormones which causes the acne. The zinc act as an antioxidant which is helpful for the clearing the body toxins and free radicals. This will prevent to build-up of these toxins and free radicals so are used as proactive elements.
